Why not have wings bicycles?
It rained today and my brother decided to take a bike, but recalled that the water would begin to re-look all wet. My parents told me when they were children had wings, which prevents water spray cycle. Why are bicycles that children / adolescents used today do not have wings? Because not only ATV Fit "style"? I do not want wings, I wonder why the bike does not have wings built and sold more with them.
Alas only help you when driving in the rain (not much since you're going to get wet, no matter what the rain), and most people no motorcycle ride in the rain.
