How to evaluate the quality of a bike?
I am looking to buy a bike that should be kept under moderate path and conditions Luz Trail. Am looking to spend no more than $ 300 – $ 400. When I go into a bike shop and am looking for a bike rack full, how to assess the quality of the pieces? How evaluate the different styles? I'm not looking for recommendations as bicycle frames, but what is a brand better than another.
"I'm thinking buy a bike that should remain within the moderate route and the path of light. ">> Make sure your choice of media for a network and wings. "I'm looking to spend no more than $ 300 – $ 400.">> This price range puts you in an entry level bike to LBS. There will be few options in this range, but no less and will have to go with a used bike. There is not much room to maneuver this range, do not expect a reduction sweet gifts. And not xmart bike. "… How I can evaluate the quality parts?"> The answer is simple …> ask the staff when the parties range. Usually, wholesalers component to their products in different quality levels at different prices. "… What exactly is a brand better than another">> There can be differences? to guarantee customer service, design, and reputation. For most, is the selection of components which offers better than another. Intensification the bike next level equates to better quality wheels, transmission, brakes, etc. The staff will explain LBS. What really matters is how the bike suits you and how it adapts to your needs. If your trip is long or you driving more difficult for some times, spending a little more for something with more components Quality can be a more reliable and more enjoyable driving experience. For a commuter-oriented bike, I personally do not want anything less change Deore gear and change. I also want to avoid cheap or unbranded brakes (as PROMAX). Riding in traffic requires good braking performance. If you find a bike that is a reasonable price, but suffers from a low price or derailleur Brakes, talk to the LBS. For a relatively small surcharge, could have replaced components inferior at the time of purchase. This is wiser than the bike for several months, and then used to perform updates at a high price. and check that the seat is comfortable. If you have not been a horse, you will be a little uncomfortable at first, anyway. But if you have a good feeling that the chair does not work for you, I live in the moment purchase. Wholesalers know we all have vague different with different needs, so that only compromised by the technical characteristics of a saddle could work for many / people … but certainly not all. If the LBS is welcome to make these changes, confident in doing business with them. When your budget can not get "booted", but you may lose your money on a bike that should not or does not fit you or your driving style. Good luck with your purchase and move.
