Beachfront Panama Investments – Santa Clara County
Yesterday I went with my girlfriend Kate, a real estate agent to explore the property on the Pacific coast Panama. We would be aimed at the Santa Clara, a 10 km stretch of sleep for an hour and fifteen minutes north of Panama City. Kate said trip was a lost cause, because, "Each piece of property on the beach from here (Panama City) was Pedasà captured." Boy, were they wrong.
Readers of Santa Clara is an unforgettable experience. From Panama City, cross the Bridge of the Americas Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal where you can see the large tankers, freighters and cruise ships start their walk nine hours to the Caribbean. This trip is amazing lights at night, when the bridge is illuminated gold and blue, which makes the metal structure animated. Past the bridge, move home and can really move along two-lane road. Always amazing to me how well they maintain the roads here, if you are in them early in the morning before the police had their dose of caffeine in the morning you can do Santa Clara, about 45 minutes. Inside Driving Tours takes you through rich farmland and mountains. Descending from the summit, the Pacific Ocean reveals before you – a good show. From there, the rest of the album is along the water, with many small unmarked dirt roads divide and take you to many secluded beaches. It is what we came for.
First, I wanted to see a surf break on a small beach called Rio Mar was a small sign at the junction nothing more than a hand painted "Surf School" with an arrow pointing down the road. After knocking over our rental car for about three minutes, we reached the beach. Low tide and the place reminds me of a ghost town. Everything was silent except for the rustling leaves, the cry of birds and distant sound of a variety waves of small size. We decided to turn left and we are in a small hotel called Rio Mar Hotel. Located on a point with views of Coronado and mouth tax out right next to the eastern boundary of the property, we sat and marvalled how we work in a place where most people come on vacation. Life is good here.
Sit at the bar proceeded to ask, our best approximation of what the Spanish language should sound as if the waiter or waitress aware of any that sells goods by sea – this is our mission. We struck gold in the second waitress. She had worked for 10 years and was good friends with the owner. Lived in the city and two oceanfront properties for sale. She gave us his number, thanked us, paid for our beers and jumped back in the car.
Two minutes on the main road and we turned on the next street, has been opened. Cruise to the water we had in the road ahead and began to ask everyone if they knew we all the properties that were for sale. After they failed miserably for half an hour, we headed back to the main road when she saw a dirt road that there was a sense of invitation from the floor. She gassed and arrived on a hill in what looked like the Bates Motel. The motel looked like it had bad been neglected for some time and the last occupants were there when big hair and was in the glam-rock was king. We went out and walked toward the water. This place was beautiful, about 80 meters from the promenade, with trees around the property that neighbors armor and reflection of the sun. A young man got on his bike Rasta and asked him about the property. Is it for sale? Yes Is the owner? Yes What? A hectare. Jackpot. We exchanged information and a leap back in the car.
This is what we proceeded to the rest of the day. We finished with four properties, which left a list for each hour and a half of work. Not a bad result, especially because if we had followed the advice of the head of Kate, spent the day in Panama City believes that all clients was looking for a property waterfront have been lucky. In one day, four properties in the sea has come to our attention. We achieved through hard work and little Spanish, but the trip was for me less about real estate and see the countryside of Panama.
One hour from the city are the beaches that compete with Hawaii's best beaches of white sand with friendly people, cold beers and good luck. Anyone looking to Costa Rica or property on the shores of the Caribbean must have a good look at Panama.
