What is an alternative to the brake pedal a bicycle?
I'm in a modeling and design engineering class. We are currently working with the wheel brakes. I've done an alternative to the clutch, incorporating inclined teeth so you can turn in one direction but lock the contrary. Any ideas an alternative design of the clutch? So the work, but I have to change the clutch, my companions each have different parts of the brake pedal.
Well, the obvious alternative is that millions of bicycles in use, which is the rim brakes – they have a great advantage of leverage in the brake hub and do a lot less stress on the spokes and the wheel structure. But you probably knew.
