In which state is best for me to live?
I live in Michigan now I want to go somewhere hilly and picturesque, which offers many ex. mountain biking, hiking, rafting, climbing, cycling great, was somewhere near where I can take my jeep road. I'd rather have a short winter and many lakes, I love Colorado, but the winters are long and the cost of living is very expensive all suggestions are appreciated
Virginia! You want to be in Somewhere in the mountains, with short winters think Appalachians. North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee. Many cycling clubs. A large number of very large lakes as well. Gaston Lake Norman, Lake Wylie. Rafting is the best in Tennessee and West Virginia is home to Charlotte Rafting in the Midwest. My other suggestion would be Utah. A large number of paddlers out there and a lot of cycling, especially around the arches. Although I know that many lakes.
