On your bike, your health may depend

If he asks what is the most widely used transport in China is that you would be forgiven to comply with " bicycle. "During my teenage years, when China was discussed in the classroom we would see the street entrances cyclists on their bikes. Like the food in China transport is nothing like Chinese food and is not jammed up with bikes either.

The growth of China's expanding economy is creating enormous wealth and the price of a car is no longer beyond the reach of ordinary citizens metropolitan. Your request for production of CO2 gas in a few months has shown the United States and are now the biggest polluters of the planet.

Since I live in Al Gore, Earth comes to an end, it is clear that many Americans are willing to assume responsibility for most of the worlds decline and funds have been committed to the cause and take steps to reduce their own pollution.

Growing up in Europe was common knowledge, we have used less of carbon per person based on fuel that our U.S. counterparts. It was common belief that Americans prefer bring to a motor vehicle to walk the short distance to the nearest store. Generalizing is often dangerous and I must admit, at least in Europe, seems to becoming a general practice.

Health problems growing 21st century is obesity and poor health workout. It is ironic to listen to Al Gore, a very diplomatic good for the United States, warns us to keep our motor vehicle for the (((our | a bike). What a strange world we inhabit.

Equally strange is to observe changes in China. Since we're generalizing, Imagine an ordinary Chinese person in his mind, and not local Chinese, but the people you see on TV who live there now. You see someone unhealthy and obese or someone in good health and attitude? Most likely you see it. As they threw their bikes in the family caravan Is this change?

For years I avoided riding. Roads are for cars and bicycles simply too dangerous to carry them (and in the United Kingdom, motorcyclists do not need insurance, pay no taxes and no need to use safety equipment).

A more bicycle paths Special built in cities that lead directly to neighborhoods in the heart of the city. These can be used to save time and money and stay healthy.

I keep a bike in my trunk so I can park outside the city. This saves money on parking meters, but it eliminates the frustration of finding a free parking space or back to the discovery of a fine or narrowing of the wheels.

I prefer to find a park and the city Rideif any. I ride the bike on the bus turn around the city, then travel back wet or use the bus back.

It is a way that cycling is safe and if Europe, U.S. and China I really hope to reduce pollution will have to work hard to convince the community not the cycling performance.

America can not be leader in the fight against pollution, but this does not mean I do not care. Twenty years ago I went to hoilday in Eugene Oregon and the local government had a Heavan cyclists. They spent money to convince people to leave their cars at home. Cycle paths were built and although the cars have been hit, obviously, they were encouraged and the word in a sunny Sunday afternoon, more people on their bikes in their cars.

If you're worried about time or you live in a neighborhood you prefer not to go biking, go to your local sports authority and try one of the many new works in the fitness products at home. I have a trojan hold the silence in the room to spare for a television. 30 minutes every day in the comfort of my own home and costs less than $ 200 less than the price of a bicycle.

Whatever your goal, better health, a world Noble's best cycling a good option, not only to improve your health, not only reduce pollution but to get somewhere for free too.
