How many bikes depreciate in value every year?
I'm looking to get a specialized elite model Go 2008 and wondering how do I pay for it. Is in good condition and was ridden frequently. The current model at a price of $ 1,550.
Bicycles do not like cars depreciated by a fixed amount each year. At 10 years old bike in good condition can be as valuable as a Cycling an average of 1 year of age. Usually, a used bike sells for about half the original selling price, but really check the specs. If a used bike it had some updates, such as a set of wheels a day, may be worth more than 50% of its original price, even if it is several years old. By contrast, if a bike has had some of its original parts replaced by the less-expensive, lower resale prices would result. Bicycles are not like cars in that components can be changed from one brand to another.
