There are two types of disc brakes: mechanical and hydraulic. Mechanical brakes, probably every 2 or 3 laps adjust the platelets, probably more, depending on how hard the brakes. Hydraulics is essentially a set and forget the script. Automatically adjusts brake pads for wear.
