Ticket no lights?
Does anyone know what IA ticket for not having a flashlight on a bicycle would be in Virginia. From what little information I should be similar to that of a car without headlights if anyone knows how.
Usually (But I'm not sure Virginia), if he appears in court that the test has a light ticket would be dismissed. Buy one and receive go to court and prove to the judge and, unless it is a dick, it must drop.
