Trek vs. Schwinn? Deciding what to buy?
I am looking to buy a bicycle to get in better shape. I think the Trek 3.0 browser. I also like the look of the Schwinn Cruiser Deluxe 7, but fear it is too heavy and bulky. Hi Brian, trekking and Schwinn two totally different bikes. But you mentioned that you want to format, then I would choose the trip of your browser. TREK Navigator is closer to the line comfort bike, but it would be a good bike for riding on streets and out of the road to exercise. (When I say I mean on the roads flat ground fire.) Has good speed and components of 8 would be a bike you can use any where. Trek also has a front suspension shock seatpost and rear shock for a smoother ride on road and off road. The Schwinn Deluxe-7 is more than a beach / waterfront cruise. It has only one brake pedal, but it has 7 speeds. This 7 Deluxe is very retro and stylish, but heavy and bulky. You look cruizin totally bitchin along the promenade on this bike. "Now I would choose the Trek, because they have a much better quality than Schwinn bike. Trek is guaranteed Lifetime on frame, 1 year on components. Schwinn is made in Taiwan? "Both are about $ 500 retail. I would choose the Trek. Just my 2 cents. =)
